Cellphone marketing ad/page on Admob
I have continued to test our FULLY optimized cellphone marketing ad/page on Admob without any success. No opt-ins at all! Which is incredible considering how optimized this page is, with free video to watch etc.

The Affiliate Network I have been working with is called HighProfits. The form on the page is linked directly to their database, triggering ARs etc.

I will post some of the stats so far on the cellphone marketing ad/page test above soon, for examples 500 clicks and no opt-in. What else can I say - this doesn't work even with fully optimized pages and video? Or is this offer just not good enough or the wrong offer?

Danny, I had such HIGH HOPES for what you were doing! Man, I can't even believe it.
Another friend of mine who is also a "veteran" of SellPhoneCrap (Cell Phone Cash) was doing very well with his own lead generation (not sure which niche), but recently told me he's now having trouble CONVERTING those leads into customers.
WHAT THE HELL is going on here? I've yet to meet ANYBODY who is actually making ANYTHING on cell phones, and yet Mac Michaels continues to hype-hype-HYPE SellPhoneCrap!
I don't get it man. I really don't...
My focus has been entirely on other things the last few weeks. After what you've reported, I think I can put cell phone marketing BACK on the shelf where I left it over a year ago... (:-(]

Cell Phone Marketing Niche
I'm sure you've thought of this Danny... but maybe the problem is the niche. Could it be that the only thing iPhone folks are interested in is iPhone-related stuph? Ringtones and the like?
I dunno. Just a thought. I'm still mystified by your results (or rather, non-results).
My tests yielded the same kind of thing â nothing. Lots of clicks... no sales, no activity.
